Cinnamon Knots with Cream Cheese Icing

After a long wedding weekend and a hectic Monday at work, I came home craving something sweet and warm. Inspired by Pinterest, I decided to make cinnamon knots with cream cheese icing (basically, an imperfect version of cinnamon rolls). Steaming from the oven with tangy icing, these cinnamon knots were what I needed after a long day!

Blueberry Scones with Glaze

I can finally check scones off of my culinary “to-do” list. Using fresh blueberries I bought at a farmer’s market, and blending my creativity with ingredients, I’m excited to share a blueberry scone with glaze and blueberry sauce. Light and delicious! A great treat for your morning commute or for sitting and reading a book with a cup of tea.
